We promote Employment Action to agencies and businesses that understand and support the needs of people living with disabilities and work with employers to secure job leads and placements. Employment Action is also a member of JOIN – the Job Opportunity Information Network.

In addition to offering job search tips and helping with resumes, cover letters, and interview skills, we can also work with you to arrange temporary unpaid work trials with employers to build your skills, confidence, and gain valuable references. Employment Action will continue to work with you after you secure employment to ensure that the transition to work is a positive experience and will contact employers should issues arise.
