Once you have successfully secured your new position, you are by no means alone. Employment Action’s retention worker will contact you monthly to “check-in” and see how you are doing. If you are experiencing issues in the workplace, the retention worker can work with you and the employer to find a solution

Clients on ODSP Employment Supports will need to report their income details to ODSP Income Support on a monthly basis. The job retention worker can assist with relations between ODSP Employment Supports and ODSP Income Supports if necessary.

The retention worker will help you resolve job related issues for maintaining employment as well as assist you with action steps to career development/advancement.
